Victoria is a multi-talented individual who helped in making Camp Terrier 2023 a success. PERD Admin (Children’s Programs) Victoria Mulugeta Through helping train other students and leading shifts every week, the BUIM program is far better off with him in it. Since then he has been integral to the success of BUIM. We look forward to continuing to work with Isabell to provide BU’s fitness community with valuable services, facilities, and staff.Īlex’s soccer acumen, leadership, and responsibility earned him the title of supervisor this fall. Isabell has a great personality, works hard, and consistently meets and exceeds job responsibilities and expectations. Isabell usually works during the busiest shifts yet always finds time to be available to provide customer service, complete zone cleanings, and keep their area organized. This is a well-earned Student Employee of the Month title!įall 2023 is Isabell’s first semester as a Fitness Attendant with the Fitness Office, and we are happy to have them on the team. Not stopping there, he has continued to build relationships with his coworkers that allows for a stronger team dynamic. As an excellent communicator, he has built a rapport with patrons that allows his jovial and empathetic customer service to shine through. Thank you, Ben!Ī first-year returner, David has set the bar high for student staff. He is always willing to help out and has an outstanding attitude. Congratulations, Scarlett!Īs an EMT and Field Training Officer, Ben consistently goes above and beyond, training many of our recent new members. We celebrate Scarlett’s exceptional work and commend Scarlett’s numerous contributions to the climbing wall community, staff and climbers alike. Scarlett models professionalism and kindness for new staff and in turn raises the bar for other returning coworkers. In addition to thorough knowledge about the wall’s policies and procedures, Scarlett helps new staff members understand why the wall is such a good place to work. Most recently, Annie became a Lifeguard Instructor and has helped out at in-service trainings and will be teaching certification classes for us soon.Ī veteran staff member at the climbing wall, Scarlett has taken on additional responsibilities with onboarding new staff. She is always spreading kindness to everyone around her.
